Pet Policy:

Pets Welcome Upon Approval.
Breed restrictions apply.
Limit of 2 pets per home.
Maximum adult weight is 30 pounds.
Pet deposit is $200 per pet.
Non-refundable pet fee is $200 per pet.
Monthly pet rent of $25 will be charged per pet.

Like you, we also want your pets to feel at home at Vesta on 12th. We know pets are family, so show them their new home in Phoenix, AZ.
